Good:
Staff helpful, friendly and made me feel safe.

Doctor was friendly but overly familiar, pushy and interrupted to the point of rudeness was not fully accommodating of patient's anxiety and requires attention for a more relaxed approach.

The Gender Clinic Team try to make what can be an anxiety-causing experience as relaxed and dignified as possible within the times alloted for consultations, but we don't always get it right.
